It was a beautiful day to ride, not a cloud in the sky.

Today I rode to Helena, MT to connect with my friends Drake, Jolie and Aidan. They live north of Helena and have a beautiful home outside Helena on the edge of BLM (Bureau Land Management) land. I hiked up above their home to soak in the sun and enjoy the clean Montana, Big Sky air. What an amazing setting and landscape.
I am so grateful for the hospitality provided to me by the Drake, Jolie and Aidan. Amazingly generous and kind people.

Saturday I was riding south from Red Deer on Highway 2, using cruise control. All was good until I needed to change gears. When you engage the clutch the cruise control is supposed to disengage. January 2010 I made a conscious decision to "lighten up" my life. It has now evolved into more than a motto, it's become my life.
Oh, how my life has changed. As is typical with how I do things, I make a decision then figure out "how to make it work".
To give you a ...
